A green apple smoothie is the perfect nutritious complement for your morning meal or late-night parties. The recipe may include other fruit juices as well. The consumption of this smoothie will provide you with a nutritious and healthful beginning to your day.

A wonderful smoothie, if there ever was one, would be made with spinach and apples blended together with banana, lemon juice, and honey. Absolutely delectable in every way. Extremely stimulating to the senses. Smoothies have quickly become one of my favorite drinks.

The morning after the most indulgent day of the year calls for the most virtuous and nutritious expression of love that there is: a green smoothie.

Because it is so loaded with vitamins, minerals, and other nutritious ingredients, the smoothie that does not include gluten is going to make your stomach quite happy. I can guarantee you that there is no taste in the spinach.

In my view, the Green Apple taste in this amazing smoothie has the ideal combination of sour and sweet notes for a delicious overall experience. Identical like sweets in every conceivable way. If you catch my drift. On the other hand, sweets are good for you.

Aside from that, I’ve been giving a lot of thought to sweets in the recent past. This last section, on the other hand, is not merely about the delectable offerings that Mother Nature makes available. You’ll know that the holidays have arrived when your body begins making demands for candy and other types of sweets.

Take a look at how startlingly vibrant (and almost uncomfortably bright) that particular shade of green is. Do you disagree that it’s a wonderful thing?

Additionally, it will be to your great advantage!

A fantastic smoothie is produced when spinach, apple, banana, pineapple, and lemon are blended together. This smoothie is not only tasty, but it is also simple to make and it is loaded with nutritious ingredients.

This recipe makes one largeish smoothie, which is about adequate for me since it is plenty to satisfy my hunger without being so much that it cannot be shared with others. Oh, no!

The first ingredients to be processed in the blender for any of my green smoothies are always almond milk and spinach. In my opinion, this is an absolutely necessary component for producing a silky green smoothie. I only take this little precaution to prevent what may be the worst-case situation, which is drinking from a glass that has floating spinach leaves in it.

No matter how hard I try, I just can’t bring myself to make a green smoothie with anything other than baby spinach as the base ingredient. I don’t know why. Due to its low intensity and subtlety, the taste and consistency may be easily concealed with relative ease. You might try a number of other kinds of greens, but in my opinion, spinach is always the finest choice.

In all honesty, this strikes the perfect mix between sweet and sour for my taste buds. The banana and honey both provide a touch of sweetness to the overall flavor. In addition, there is the sour pineapple, the sweet Granny Smith apple (from which the core and seeds have been removed), and the zesty lemon juice. In addition to that, it has a sugary taste.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (packed) baby spinach
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened, plain almond milk or water, divided (plus more to thin if necessary)
  • 1 small frozen banana (or about 1/2 cup of frozen banana slices)
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks (or use mango, peaches or more banana)
  • 1/2 cup diced fresh apple (about 1/2 an apple; I used a Granny Smith Apple)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey (or another liquid sweetener like maple syrup or agave), or to taste
  • A handful of ice cubes, optional
  • Optional Add-ins – 1 teaspoon of chia seeds, hemp seeds, flax seeds

Instructions

  1. Blender, food processor, or NutriBullet: Add a half cup of almond milk or water, as well as some spinach, and mix until smooth. Combine and process until uniform. (I like to puree the spinach first in order to remove any fragments, but even my Vitamix may produce the rare leaf.)
  2. Ice, the rest of the almond milk or water, a banana, a pineapple, an apple, a lemon, some honey, and a few pieces of fruit should be blended together and added to the smoothie (and any add-ins like seeds). Be careful to combine everything until it reaches a smooth and creamy consistency.
  3. Make sure that you serve it as soon as possible.
